Order Processing

All orders are processed and prepared within 1–3 business days after purchase.

During this time, we verify the order, prepare packaging, and send it to our fulfillment partner for shipment.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Shipping & Delivery

We ship to customers across the United States through our international fulfillment network.

Estimated delivery time:
3–14 business days after shipment depending on destination and carrier conditions.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during holidays, high demand periods, or due to carrier delays.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled at any time before they are shipped.

Once an order has entered the shipping process, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process and international shipping logistics, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been shipped.
